1. How do I know this Program is for me? 

Have you been struggling with which career direction to go in knowing you need a schedule of flexibility to be around your kids? Are you overwhelmed with doing everything yourself at home? Do you feel guilty for being a working mom? Do you need a SYSTEM (saving yourself stress, time, energy, and money) to survive working motherhood? Then this program is for you!

2. How much does this Program costs? 

The Program is $1997 with three or six month payment plans available.

3. Why should I pay for this program when I can google everything you will teach me? 

Great question! It is true that you can look up the same or similar resources on google, you tube, or even social media. But, can you get the personalized attention and steps needed to help you and your family from the internet? Can you get the coaching to assess your time and distractions off of the internet to determine what can be eliminated from your schedule to make time for priorities? Can you get one-on-one discussion time with an expert to examine where you want to go in your career and get a personalized career plan, job search strategies, and tips to have a conversation with your supervisor on your work and life balance needs off of your research?

Research has it's benefits. But, it would be so much easier to talk with a professional who can work with you individually and develop a solution that fits your family's needs today and in the future.

4. What if I can't meet for one of the weekly coaching sessions? 

No problem at all, there are training modules that you can listen to and the workbook has everything you need to accomplish the weekly tasks, until you can have your next coaching session. You are only able to have one rescheduled coaching session throughout the program. 

 

5. If I find that the program is not for me, can I get a refund? 

If you pay in full, you can only get a 50% refund within 30 days of starting the program. If you set up a recurring/monthly payment plan, you will get 50% of your deposit within 30 days of starting the program; and all future payment arrangements will be cancelled. All credit card information will be deleted from our system.

6. What if I don't have the time or 12 weeks to devote to this program? 

As working/career moms, I understand that our time is limited. Although, it is best to have coaching sessions to get that personalized solution (and bounce ideas off of each other; receive motivation; etc), you are able to purchase the entire Program for $997. It will be self-paced with email support to Latika to help you become the BOSS Mom you desire to be.
