We are excited about the upcoming Real Talk: The Realities of Work & Life Balance Virtual Summit. This year's theme is, How We Work, Now & In the Future. Our panelists will share their personal stories and experiences in creating the work & life balance they needed in their career to show up as the best mother and wife they were destined to be.

She is the creator of Back to You in 5. Back to You in 5 offers simple, effective resources to mothers as they embark on their self-care journey; provides women with encouragement and support as they adjust to their roles as mothers and create the life they see for themselves; and helps mothers manage the overwhelm, frustration, irritability, exhaustion, identity crisis, and resentment that is experienced along the motherhood journey. Nikia Pratt is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over nineteen years of experience with serving the youths and families of Baltimore City’s foster care system. In 2018, she ended a tumultuous fourteen-year marriage filled with abuse. She quickly found herself alone and a single mother of three children. Afraid and by herself, Nikia realized that she was the shell of the woman she once was and quickly became a client in crisis. Her journey has led Nikia to educate other mompreneurs on how to successfully create a harmonious balance between work life, family life, and mindfulness.
