Within the Vision Women Network, you will receive the support and guidance to achieve your Vision and fulfill the calling of your life. This network (community) is intended for working moms looking for support and accountability, and learn how to commit to their goals, see and write the vision and achieve it! You will gain the tools and strategies to let go of fear and doubt to go after what you want. You will learn the importance of prioritizing yourself now, rather than waiting for the perfect time (e.g. when the kids go off to college, when your husband gets the promotion, or when that other thing happens, etc...). You will gain the confidence, inspiration, and empowerment to be the B.O.S.S. (build opportunities for self-success) of your life, career, and/or business.

The Vision Women Network is a 6-month preferred accountability program for Christian working moms who desire to navigate and thrive while being in a community of support, empowerment, and inspiration. This Network provides the tools needed to not only identify goals but have the action steps to achieve them.

As I was going through my own journey of identifying what I wanted in my career, I realized that even though I knew a lot of other working moms, it was critical for me to be around those who would support me, allow me to share my goals, have accountability to achieve them, and have an umbrella of resources to help guide me. Likewise, I want to provide you and other like-minded Christian working moms with the same, so you can have the support to achieve the Amazing results God has in store for you. As your accountability partner, it is my goal to provide you with that and so much more.

The Vision Women Network is designed to leverage Action Thinking using a Project Management Approach. This method allows you to achieve goals faster. Participation in VWN is for six (6) months with the first two weeks dedicated to mapping out your goals, with a goal-planning session. ​

Participation includes the following Phases:
​
Discovery
In this Phase, you will identify which goals are your business' priority, develop an Action Plan and Work Breakdown Schedule, which identifies how you will accomplish your goals, weekly.
Habit Developer
In this Phase, you will identify the habits needed to achieve your goals. Additionally, you will begin meeting weekly for accountability check-ins and weekly inspiration.
Build the Future
In this final Phase, you will learn which tasks can be delegated to others to give you the time to focus on the tasks assigned to your talents. Additionally, you will develop a success mindset.

As a working mom of 4, wife, and woman doing all the things, I struggled with knowing what I wanted in life, then going after those things. I never felt like the time was right for me to do anything I wanted because I had so much on my plate, the kids needed things, my husband needed things, and the list goes on. But, I realized that if I didn't prioritize what I wanted and what made me happy, life would be a HOT MESS for me. I would be unhappy and I would eventually let myself go. I had to realize that I matter as well. And, once I understood that and became one with that, I have been pursuing the lifelong dreams I had, and have been happy with those decisions.
